Welcome to the llmwizard website, products, application programming interface, software tools, integrations, data, documentation and online services (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are made between you (“User,” “you” or “your”) and Evolvechat Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Evolvechat”, “llmwizard”, “we,” “us,” “our” or “us”). Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data. While it is not part of these Terms, we strongly encourage you to review it.

1.How We Manage Our Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age (or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), the consent and involvement of your parent or legal guardian is required. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Service.

To access our Services, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring that login credentials are not shared. If you create an account on behalf of an entity or another person, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms.

1.2 Service Accounts

You may be required to create an account (“Service Account”) to access certain features of the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Service Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access or use. llmwizard is not liable for any damages that may result from unauthorized use of your Account. You may control and change certain aspects of your Service Account through settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

If you register using an organizational email (e.g., employer-provided), your account may be linked to your organization's business account. In such cases, your employer may control access to your account.

1.3 Nature of Service

The Service includes the llmwizard application and related integrations. llmwizard is an artificial intelligence-powered chat application that processes users' input and provides outputs. By using the Service, you agree that we may process and store your inputs, messages and interactions in order to improve, monitor and provide the Service.

1.4 Interaction with Other Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. We are not responsible for the content Users post in any medium or for disputes between Users.

1.5 Beta Products

From time to time we may invite you to test “Beta” features. Beta features are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind. You use Beta products at your own risk.

2. Access and Use of the Service; Restrictions

2.1 Access Rights

Subject to agreement and payment of any required fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service.

2.2 Software License

If we provide any software, APIs, scripts or code in connection with the Service (“Downloadable Software”), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use such Downloadable Software solely for your permitted use of the Service.

2.3 Restrictions and Acceptable Use

You agree not to do the following:

• Use the Services in any manner that infringes upon the rights of others.
• Extract data or output programmatically or automatically.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created.
• Disrupt or interfere with our Services, including bypassing restrictions or security measures.
• Use output from our Services to develop competing AI models.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Service.
• Access or use the Service or the use of the Service by automated means (scrapers, bots).
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our permission.
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or distribute harmful or objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems and networks.
• Imply an endorsement or relationship with Evolvechat (without our written permission).

3. Your Content

“Your Content” means any data, information or material that you or your organization submits, uploads or otherwise incorporates into llmwizard.

You retain ownership of Your Content. By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, host, store, copy, process, adapt and modify Your Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the right to provide Your Content belongs to you and no third party; (ii) Your Content will not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party; and (iii) you will not submit any sensitive or linking data that could subject us to any liability without our express written consent.

We are not responsible for Your Content or a user's use or misuse of Your Content.

4. Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service (except for Your Content) are owned by Evolvechat or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our written permission.

Any feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Data Processing; Security

5.1 Personal Data

We process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy (https://llmwizard.com/privacy). By using the Service, you consent to such transactions.

5.2 Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your content and information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the use of online services and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the security of Your Content.

6. Payments, Billing, and Subscription Plans

6.1 Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service may require fees. You will be notified of these fees in advance. All fees are payable in accordance with the billing terms in effect on the date the fee becomes payable and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Fees will be charged automatically at the time of renewal, until they are canceled. The responsibility for taxes belongs to you.

If the payoff fails, llmwizard may terminate or restrict the Service.

llmwizard reserves the right to change the fees by giving at least 30 days notice in advance.

6.2 Billing Cycle & Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. You can cancel at any time before renewal. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and the fee for the current billing period will not be refunded. Cancellation does not eliminate your right arising from mandatory consumer laws.
